Freight times

We deliver items to all countries. All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, where it is carefully prepared and packed. All delivery times depend on the country of destination:

Denmark: app. 4-5 working days

Europe: app. 5-7 working days

Rest of the world: app. 8-10 working days

Please note that the delivery times are only estimates and may unavoidably be extended by bad weather conditions, bank holidays, holiday seasons or busy periods in general.

Freight costs

There are no freight costs.

Tax

Tax is not included in the price and will be confirmed at checkout. As tax varies from country to country unfortunately we are unable to confirm the amount you will have to pay in tax. We recommend you contact UPS for more information about the tax rules in your country – www.ups.com

Please note that Living Visual Management ApS are not responsible for any additional cost caused directly or indirectly by force majure events such as strike, lockout or other situations over which Living Visual Management ApS have no control.

Tracking

You can always track your order as a tracking number will be listed in an email to you when the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order including the date for delivery.

Returns

If you need to return your purchase you have 14 days to do so. The product can only be returned by completing a return note to the following address

A return note will be sent with every order. If the return note is missing from your order please contact Living Visual Management ApS by email and one will be sent to you. The return note is important as it enable us to identify the delivery in question upon arrival at our warehouse.

The product needs to be returned to Living Visual Management ApS within 14 days from the date of delivery and you will have to cover the cost of returning the product to Living Visual Management ApS in Denmark.

A refund for a return product will be paid to customer’s account within 14 days from receiving the product and the return note.

If the return product fails to be received by Living Visual Management ApS, we cannot cover the costs involved. If the product is not in the same condition as it was when it left the warehouse for delivery, Living Visual Management ApS cannot return the payment.

Please note that customized products cannot be returned.

Claims

It’s important to us that you receive the best service possible and that all our products meet your expectations. Should you unexpectedly have received a defect or wrong item, please send an email to contact@luisac.co

Claim process

If you want to report a claim, the form below will have to be completed. Photos of the damaged product or product with defects will be needed to support your claim. The photos are important to us as we use them as proof to show to our freight forwarders.

Further information regarding claims

Please note that any damage that is visible on delivery should be notified immediately. Any damage which is discovered after unpacking must be reported within 2 days of delivery via email to contact@luisac.co.

If the claim is accepted, Living Visual Management ApS will cover the cost of a new replacement product. If the replacement product is not available, the price of the product will be credited to the customer within 30 days.

The buyer will cover the cost for return freight if a product is returned to Living Visual Management ApS without any confirmation that the claim form has been – and can be - approved by Living Visual Management ApS.

All stock in the webshop are subject to the Danish consumer protection law. This means that buyers can make a complaint of damaged or defective products up to 24 months from the date of purchase.

By visting our website you accept that all commucation with Living Visual Management ApS is primarily by email.

Confirmation & Receipt

After finalizing an order with payment, you will receive an automated email from Living Visual Management ApS which confirms that we have received your order. Please note that this email is not a final acceptance of your order. When the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a final confirmation and receipt via email.

Price & payment

We make every effort to ensure that the prices for products displayed in the webshop are correct. All prices are including Danish tax but do not include freight cost. The freight cost will be confirmed at checkout when the delivery address has been completed. There is no Danish tax on orders from private customers outside the EU.

Living Visual Management ApS accepts the following payment cards/method:

The chosen payment card has to be in the name of the buyer. All payment card holders are subject to validation control and approval from the card provider. If the transaction is not approved the order will be cancelled.

By using a foreign payment card, a fee will be added in relation to the total amount. The fee will depend on type of payment card which will be confirmed at checkout.

The payment will be deducted from the payment card when the product leaves our warehouse.

Retention of title

Living Visual Management ApS retain title to the products until payment for the products and freight has been made.

Changes

Living Visual Management ApS return the right to change the prices and delivery terms without prior notification. These changes will not effect orders which we have already accepted by a receipt or invoice via email.

Security

It’s important to us that you feel safe when shopping online at luisatoft.com. Our payment system works in cooperation with Bambora. All payment data which is sent between the browser and luisatoft.com will be encrypted.  In the top left corner of your browser, you can see if an internet site is encrypted and all encryption take place via a SSL-server (Secure Socket Server). It means that all information will be send via a third party secure connection and your bank information cannot be seen or read by any outsider.

Product information & Colors

The product information in our webshop has an exact description to match each product. Every effort is made to ensure that the product corresponds as closely as possible to the pictures displayed online. However, variations can occur. These could include, but are not limited to, slight differences in shades of fabric, color, texture or dimensions of products.

Jurisdiction & Special rules

Any disputes between buyer and Living Visual Management ApS under the interpretation of Living Visual Management ApS trade terms will be ruled by the Sø- og Handelsretten in Copenhagen in Denmark in relation to Danish law with Danish as the legal/valid language.

Information on options for complaints

A complaint over an item bought at luisatoft.com can be submitted to the Konkurrence- & Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can also complain to the Center for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU-Commissions online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint.  It is relevant for you if you live in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here. By submitting a complaint, you are entitled to provide them with our email address contact@luisac.co
